Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Exchanges will be processed using the following guidelines. To initiate a return, please contact us at shorelinesapparel@gmail.com

General return rules:

Damaged or incorrect product: Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item (item, size, color etc.) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right with an exchange. Once you email us, and provide requested information (details of damage/missing items etc. and pictures) you'll be given 2 options: 

Send back the item you received in the same condition you received it in with a provided shipping label. Once we've gotten the item back and have inspected it, we will send out a replacement.

OR

You can immediately re-order the item, and once we've received and inspected the damaged/defective/incorrect item, we will process a full refund for the initial order. This is the fastest way to ensure you get your desired product ASAP.

Correct item but doesn't fit: We offer a 30-day guaranteed one-time exchange for every individual item. Doesn't fit? Just send us an email to initiate an exchange; you'll ship back the item with a provided label, and we'll process and inspect within 5 business days and send you your desired size at no cost. The item must be clean, undamaged, and unwashed. You must initiate the exchange within 30 days of delivery. To prevent sizing mistakes, we've included extensive size charts in all product descriptions on the website. If you are unsure of what size to order, follow those instructions to determine what will work for you. If you are ordering as a gift or for someone else, our gift card selection is another option.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period:

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds:

Refunds are only eligible on purchases where the received product was damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you deny an exchange for a damaged/defective/incorrect item, you can get a refund. Exchanges are final though, so if you’ve already done an exchange you will no longer be eligible for a refund. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
